A New Beginning

Hello & Welcome!

I'm Leah, a twenty-something wife and mother to a beautiful little girl.  Married for five years, life hasn't been pure bliss...in fact, far, far from it...and I think I know why.  See, there's this crazy little thing called PRIDE that I really struggle with.  So much so, that it's dramatically negatively influenced my relationships and my marriage.  

But that's just the background for this new story, this new chapter in my life.  See God says that if we are in Him, we are a new creation!  (See 2nd Corinthians 5:17)  And that is what we are...that is what I am, that is what you can be, if only you surrender yourself to Him!

Dear friends, my hope and prayer is this:  As I learn to lean on God for everything, rather, for All things "...that He who began a good work in me will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus."  (See Philippians 1:6)  So that you all can be a witness to His transforming power in my life.  

And that through that, you too, may have a desire to live for HIM, or perhaps, you may be challenged to "..grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen." (See 2 Peter 3:18).
